Design Concepts
The team at Outlook Construction & Remodeling will turn your home remodel or addition from a dream to a concept. We will consult and coordinate with our vetted architects, draftsman, & engineers to produce a high-quality complete design plan for your home. The plans will include everything from foundation to finishes! We can even provide landscaping design!
Plan Review and Permitting
Once your design concepts and plans for your home addition or remodel are drawn up, our team with submit and work with the local building department and plans examiner to ensure your dream is up to code. If necessary, we will update the concepts and plans with edits or redraws and resubmit for approval.
Management and Trade Contractor Coordination
Once we have received our permits and begin construction, our in-house staff will supervise every aspect of your custom remodel project. From excavation to job completion, we take care of everything for you!
Project Completion
Near the completion of your project, our team will create our own job completion list and conduct a walk-through to ensure your project is built with the highest of standards. Once our company walk-through is complete, we will conduct a final walk-through with our Clients to ensure the attention to detail we demand has been met.
